• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or under the identity of another person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on cv999, you must provide accurate personal information. Providing false information at the time of registration may result in the account being closed at any time.

3.2 Account Security

It is solely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify cv999 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Account Closure

cv999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or any other improper conduct.

4.1 Deposits

cv999 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Successfully deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Please provide accurate details and amounts when making a deposit. cv999 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Required identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — that was used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at cv999 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered.
• After the wagering requirement is met, funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Some games contribute differently toward wagering calculations — contact support for details on specific games.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• A promotional offer may not be used more than once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, cv999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another user.
